Hello, I’m Rose M. Amazan, a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in mental health and family care (PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC). I’m dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care that supports you and your family through life’s challenges, helping you build strength, clarity, and stability.
I’m fluent in Spanish and Creole to better serve our diverse community, and I offer telehealth visits for convenient access to care.
